We are very disappointed and angry. We purchased tickets, we purchased preferred seats, we purchased a fast track service at the Abu Dhabi airport... all this to find out that because of your overbooking we were taken off the flight and sent to Turkish Airlines. This is not how a serious company treat passengers who paid the best of their money, including special payments that cost a lot of money. We are now expecting the return of all the money we paid as extras, the preferred seats and the express route service and serious compensation for the enormous heartache caused to us, including a major delay in arriving in Seoul, a delay that causes us to lose a trip we purchased in Korea. Waiting for a quick reply from you.
